Listening to you
Patients’ satisfaction
Before leaving the medical centre, think of filling in the satisfaction form which was handed to you. It is intended to collect your appreciations on the conditions of your stay within our facility.
By filling in this form, you contribute to the quality approach of the medical centre and to the improvement of our services. You can hand it to a nurse before you leave or deposit it in the mailboxes set up for that purpose in every service, as well as at the admission desk.

Note that every remarque will be taken into account and followed by the CRU (Commission of Relationship with Users).
Analysis of the satisfaction forms
All the formulated remarks are studied with high attention by the Quality Department, in association with the professionals present in the different services, and the CRU (Commission of the relationship with users and quality of care.
As soon as possible, we set up actions to improve and insure their applications.
Our objective is to reach a level of satisfaction of the patients close to 90 %, in every domain.
