The President and the Director define the strategic policy of the clinic in accordance to the national and regional directives and assume responsibility for it. They pilot the activity, the administrative and financial management of the facility and implement a policy of quality and risk management. They also guarantee the integration of the medical centre in the chorus of our health system and within medical networks.
Director of nursing : Catherine FULPIN
Director of Nursing, it's main tasks are to develop and implement the project of care and ensure the organization and coordination of medical and paramedical care. She is also responsible for personnel management in collaboration with the Human Resources Director.
Human Ressources Director : Elize MARION
Lawyer and Human Resources Director, she is responsible for establishing all contracts and agreements necessary for the functionning of the medical centre. She must also take care of the legal secretary issues. As HR Director, she oversees and applies the policy of human resource in the medical centre.
President of the Medical Commission of the Facility : Dr Christian BRETON
His mission is to participate in the development of the medical policy of the medical centre. He therefore contributes to the development of the care policy with regards to the users, including the quality, risk management and the patients' coverage care.
Mediator : Dr Jean LAURENT
The mediator's responsibility is to handle patients' complaints, and the demands of medical records. He offers mediation to the patient or family within a framework defined by law. He is also responsible for managing complaints related to medical health care as part of the CRU (Commission for Relations with the Users), and attends expertise.
